  • Australian wholesale orders may be returned within 90 days in resaleable condition by prior arrangement. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer unless books arrive damaged or incorrect.

    Due to international freight costs, international wholesale orders are generally non-returnable. However, damaged or incorrect orders will always be resolved promptly.

  • Australian wholesale orders are professionally fulfilled through Pick Packers Pty Ltd in Sydney, our Australian third-party logistics and fulfilment partner.

    International wholesale orders are also carefully packed and shipped from Australia through Pick Packers Pty Ltd.
