Supporting Wildlife Conservation

This journey began in 2021, and by the end of 2025, more than $18,000 has been donated to support wildlife sanctuaries.

Like the tiny sugar glider I’m holding here, it’s only a small contribution, but there are big plans ahead.

There are wildlife carers and sanctuaries out there changing the world for many animals. The lives of these volunteers, while sprinkled with beautiful moments of joy is full of emotional heartbreak and enormous financial strain.  They are called wildlife warriors for a reason. They pour everything into rescuing, rehabilitating and releasing what they cherish. Every loss is soul shattering and yet they keep picking themselves up and carrying on for the ones they still have in care.  This work is a true calling.

My hope is to ease some of the financial burden that haunts these angels among us. While I can’t help everyone, all of the proceeds from the sales of my artwork, books and services are donated to people dedicated to saving our wildlife one animal at a time. My hope is to ease some of the financial burden that haunts these angels among us. While I can’t help everyone, the proceeds from the sales of my artwork, books and services are donated directly to people dedicated to saving our wildlife one animal at a time.

The joy I experience in creating children’s books and wildlife portraits is deepened by knowing each has a purpose. Sharing the beauty and unique traits of our wildlife helps raise awareness and supports the vital work of animal welfare and conservation.

All net profits from the sale of my books, paintings, prints, and products are committed to supporting the well-being of wildlife.

Most funds are donated to small wildlife sanctuaries across New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia, where carers work tirelessly to rescue, rehabilitate, and release native animals.

A small portion is used here at Red Rabbit Farm to care for the wildlife on our property.

Don’t want to make a purchase? Don’t have money to donate? You can still help?

  • There are many ways to support wildlife through in-kind contributions.

  • Wildlife shelters often need help with everyday tasks. Running errands, assisting with care, or supporting fundraising efforts can make a real difference.

  • If you have creative or professional skills, you can offer those too. Design a logo, help manage social media, or spread the word within your own network.

  • Have experience building websites? Many small sanctuaries rely solely on social media. Volunteering to create or support a website can be incredibly valuable.

  • You can also help identify grant opportunities and assist with applications, something many carers simply don’t have time to do.

  • Or organise a fundraiser. A raffle, auction, or even a small community event can go a long way.

Get involved, and you too can make a difference in a lot of lives!
